Welcome to Ætheria Botanicals. These terms govern your exploration of our digital studio, your diagnostic consults, and the procurement of our active botanical formulations.
Four Pillars of the Atelier Agreement
Micro-Batch Caps
To ensure absolute freshness and fair allocation of our hand-bottled active botanicals, customer accounts are limited to three bottles of any individual formula per cycle.
Active Bio-Ingredients
Our formulas utilize live botanical oils and concentrated peptides. You agree to use formulations within twelve months of opening and store them out of direct solar exposure.
DDP Global Shipping
We ship internationally using carbon-neutral routes under DDP terms. Customs clearance is pre-paid, ensuring uncompromised transit directly to your door.
Atelier Vault Accounts
By creating an account in our secure Vault, you agree to safeguard your credentials. We protect your diagnostic profiles under robust AES-256 standards.

Atelier Access: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to engage in transactions or complete skin diagnostics.
Account Integrity: Credentials generated for your secure skin Vault are strictly personal. Sharing diagnostic accounts with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
Activity Verification: We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying irregular bot-like query behavior to ensure server stability.
Micro-Batch Allocation: All formulas are crafted in limited cycles. Orders exceeding our three-unit cap per month may be automatically adjusted or canceled by our lab team.
Ingredient Modifications: Because our botanical extracts are seasonal, slight variations in natural color and aroma may occur between batch releases.
Product Availability: We do not guarantee continuous stock of specific sets. Archiving of formulas is done dynamically based on natural harvest schedules.
Sensitivity Screening: While dermatologist-tested, active botanicals contain concentrated essences. We advise a 24-hour patch test before full application.

Liability Limits: Ætheria is not liable for adverse skin reactions resulting from misuse, improper storage, or combining formulas with incompatible acids.
DDP Terms: Deliveries are dispatched Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). All taxes, brokerage fees, and import customs duties are included in your checkout total.
Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon successful courier drop-off at the registered shipping coordinates.
Transit Delays: We are not responsible for delivery interruptions caused by regional weather events, transport strikes, or customs clearance delays.
Studio Assets: All text, formulation guides, photography, and interactive components are the exclusive intellectual property of Ætheria Botanicals.
Commercial Use Prohibited: Reproduction, distribution, or resale of our formulas, packaging, or brand assets for commercial benefit is strictly illegal.
Trademark Protection: 'Ætheria' and all associated logo marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized styling clones will face legal action.
